Website enquiry and feedback privacy

The website enquiry and feedback forms send your details to BinPorter through FormSubmit, a third-party email delivery service. Feedback is received privately and is not automatically published. Your email and customer reference are used to verify your experience and contact you; they are not published. Publication of your display name, rating and comments requires your optional permission. Do not submit gate codes, passwords, payment details or other people’s private information. You may email us to request access, correction or withdrawal of publication permission.

Address suggestions

The service address field searches New Zealand addresses using Toitū Te Whenua LINZ address data through its public ArcGIS service. The address text you type is sent to that service to find matching addresses. Your name, email, phone, notes and other form fields are not sent with the address lookup. A local address list may also supply matches. You can enter your address manually if suggestions are unavailable. An address match does not confirm that BinPorter services that location.
